Three cowards beat an autistic man in Ottawa bus terminal

The Peel police are currently on the lookout for three men who ganged up on an autistic man at the Ottawa bus terminal on March 13, 2018.

Surveillance video captured and subsequently released by the Peel police clearly showed the trio of men punching and kicking the helpless victim before walking away as if they had done nothing wrong.

The victim was later to taken to the hospital and treated for serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.

Peel police has since named two out of the three suspects; 25-year-old Ronjot Singh Dhami and 21-year-old Parmvir (Parm) Sing Chahil. The third man currently remains unidentified, although police believe that the unnamed suspect may go by the first name of Jason.

Dhami has since turned himself into the police after Jag Virk, his representing lawyer, stated that he is willing to do so but will maintain his innocence. Later, it was revealed that the 25-year-old man was also wanted by Toronto police for assault causing bodily harm for taking part in a group brawl at Rebel nightclub in the Port Lands on March 11. Meanwhile, the second suspect, Chahil, was the first to be caught but later posted bail. Chahil has previously been charged with possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking and possessing firearms, as well as other minor offenses including uttering threats and possessing weapons for the purpose of dangerous use.

In a surprising turn of events, Chahil's 44-year-old mother, Hardip Padda, and 18-year-old brother, Harmanvir Chahil, were both arrested and charged with accessory after the fact to aggravated assault.

Peel police are still on the lookout for the third unidentified suspect, who, they believe, goes by the name of "Jason". They are asking the public to come forward if they have any information that is related to this particular case.
